Tiger-Flex

Tiger-Flex Power Cable are designed for use in continuous flexing, twisting, dynamic applications and harsh physical environments where potential flame, abrasion, chemicals, moisture, impact-tearing objects and temperature extremes are present.

Applications include construction personnel hoist power, robotic welding, power tracks, cable tenders, spring and motor-driven reels, festoon systems, cable tracks and cranes.

Tiger-Flex's conductors are serrated and lubricated to ensure longer flex life and feature an extra-tough mold-cured outer jacket for longer service life.

AmerCable is known for being customer-focused and providing special solutions. When Metro Elevator approached us about creating a pink Tiger-Flex cable for their "Ride the Pink Elevator" program, our only question was "how pink do you want it?"

Metro's "Ride the Pink Elevator" is a unique program that raises breast cancer awareness and acts as a fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen Foundation. The first pink Tiger-Flex cable reel shipped in November 2017 and continue to power Metro's highly visible construction elevators throughout the US.
