Since 1993, the Nexans AmerCable Systems Group has been producing high-quality top drive service loops. Our professionally engineered service loops are built to withstand the ever-present hazardous operating conditions and dynamic stress present at offshore drilling operations.

Nexans AmerCable Systems service loops are engineered and produced at our state-of-the-art cable and service loop production facilities. Core bundles, specifically designed for longer-lasting service loops, are expertly produced at our 500,000 sq. ft. El Dorado, Arkansas cable manufacturing facility.

Service loops are completed at our 100,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas. Our highly experienced technicians add couplers / connectors as specified, then each loop is computer tested and packaged in weatherproof containers.
